Stock image of ANZAC Day Remembrance Day PoppyWhenever the Sub-Branch are involved with local Public, Primary or High Schools we are astounded at the knowledge shown by the students about the history of the Servicemen and Servicewomen who sacrificed themselves to keep our Australian way of live democratic and free… Something that is not available in many other countries. That is why many people from overseas wish to live here.

We look out at the children in any school in this area and see all different coloured faces and feel proud that the future of this country is going to be in good hands. The children get along together well without racism enhanced by school policies to ensure all are equal and this encourages “mateship”.
